About Us
For over 7 years, we have been serving the pets and families of the Chicagoland area. We love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships. We provide care for your fur baby as if they were our own, and ensure that they receive the highest quality care while you're away.
Packages, Addons, and Pricing
Basic Bath Package
This package includes; two bath cycles, blow drying, brush and comb out, nail trim, ear cleaning and plucking (if needed), anal gland expression (if needed), cologne/perfume, and a bow/bandana (if requested and in-stock). All prices listed are starting estimates, final prices are variable depending on temperament and coat condition. See a member of staff for details.
Small Dogs: Under 10lbs

Premium Pooch Package
This package includes; everything included with the Basic Bath Package, plus a haircut of your choosing. Difficult grooms that need multiple staff members to assist will require an additional handling fee. All prices listed are starting estimates, final prices are variable depending on temperament and coat condition. See a member of staff for details.

Puppy Package
This package is perfect to introduce your puppy (up to seven months old) to the grooming process and equipment. This package includes everything listed with a Basic Bath, plus a face/feet/tail trim (Does NOT include a full body haircut). For safety purposes, we require 2-3 puppy practice trims/baths before attempting an all-over haircut. See a member of staff for details.

Addons
Addons are optional services that may be provided upon request for an additional fee. The majority of addons will require an appointment. See a member of staff for details or questions.
Express Grooming
$20
This is perfect for anxious pups and seniors and ensures that your pup is done straight through, if possible. Express grooms MUST be booked in advance and must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Deshedding Treatment
$15 and up
Deshedding helps to reduce shedding by up to 90% for 5-6 weeks. For best results, we recommend desheding your pup on a 4-6 week schedule. Please note, depending on coat condition, deshed/undercoat removal may be required regardless of request. Price is determined based on size and condition of coat.
Flea and Tick Treatment
$20 and up
This treatment is required if you believe your pup may have, or been exposed to fleas or ticks. If fleas or ticks are found during the bath, flea/tick treatment may be required regardless of request.
De-Skunk Treatment
$20
This treatment is perfect if your pup was exposed to a skunk and helps to reduce any lasting unwanted scents.
Nail Clipping
$15
Nail Clipping is included with all above packages. We also offer standalone Nail Clipping without a reservation from 12pm-4pm. Call for availability.
Nail Grinding
$20
You can upgrade to Nail Grinding with a bath/grooming package for $5. We offer standalone Nail Grinding without a reservation from 12pm-4pm. Call for availability.
Tooth Brushing

De-Matting
$1/per minute
Due to the added stress and pain of matting, and depending on coat condition, de-matting may not be a possiblity, and could require your pup's hair to be cut short in order to fully remove the matts. Matting fees will vary based on severity. See a member of staff for details.

For best results, we recommend a 4 - 6 week schedule. Coats that are harder to maintain; (Thick, Curly, or Prone to Matting) may require more frequent visits.
Yes, we offer medicated baths and treatments for pets with skin conditions. If your dog requires any perscription shampoo, feel free to bring it with you for us to use. Please let us know if your pet has any special needs when booking an appointment.
Typically we estimate a grooming session to last anywhere from 2 - 4 hours, and is usually dependant on size, coat condition, temperament and type of haircut requested.
